Package Inspection
- Package can be opened while the courier is present for inspection only.
- Returns after the courier leaves are accepted.
Returns & Exchanges
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days from delivery.
- Refunds are processed after receiving and inspecting the item.
- Sale items are exchange only.
